THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our highly skilled Strategic Sales team in Brisbane. As a key day-to-day contact for our customers, you will manage enquiries, orders, account changes and operational requirements while supporting our Strategic Account Directors to focus on strategic customer engagement and business growth. This is more than a customer support role. You will help identify customer needs, uncover opportunities for additional solutions and contribute to building a strong sales pipeline. For someone looking to develop their commercial capability, the role provides valuable exposure to strategic accounts and a potential pathway toward Account Manager opportunities.
