The Opportunity Join our Australian Steel Markets team as a Customer Supply Manager SA & NT based in Wingfield, SA . We’re hiring this opportunity due to an internal career move! Operating at the intersection of customers, sales, supply chain and operations, you'll lead a team that represents BlueScope's large steelmaking and coating & painting operations that supply our largest and most commercially significant B2B customers. It's a role with genuine impact and influence. Beyond delivering day-to-day supply outcomes, you can reshape how customer supply chains operate, working with customers and internal stakeholders to identify smarter ways to deliver product, improve service and create value. You'll also drive continuous improvement, automation and AI initiatives as we continue investing in new technology and digital capability. What You Will Do As a key member of both our National Customer Supply team and cross-functional State Leadership team you will: lead B2B customer supply, sales execution and order fulfilment outcomes coach and develop a high-performing team partner with customers to understand their business and identify opportunities to improve end-to-end supply outcomes collaborate with sales, supply chain, logistics, manufacturing and technical product teams to deliver practical and commercially sustainable solutions lead the resolution of complex supply, service and operational challenges drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, efficiency and cost-to-serve outcomes contribute to automation, systems and digital improvement initiatives help embed new technologies and data-driven ways of working across the business What You Bring You may have built your career in supply chain, operations, customer service, sales or a related function.
