David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Advisor for their office in Gdansk, Poland. Position: Customer Support Advisor (German) Location: Gdansk, Poland Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Competitive salary package DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email for the Airbnb support project Provide professional assistance to customers regarding reservations, account-related topics, and service inquiries Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions using internal tools and processes Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution according to quality standards Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in company systems Communicate clearly and professionally with German and English-speaking customers Follow internal procedures, client guidelines, and service quality requirements Achieve individual and team performance targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent German (C1 level) and English (B2 level) communication skills, written and spoken Minimum 1 year of customer service or similar customer-facing experience Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email preferred Strong communication and active listening skills Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to handle complaints professionally and efficiently Good typing skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with customer service tools and digital platforms Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends Availability to complete full training attendance requirements.
