We are hiring for Customer Support (Voice Process). Experience: 1–3 Years (1 Years Relevant Experience Mandatory in International customer technical support) Location: Bangalore (Electronic City / Brookfield) (Candidate will not choose the location) Process: International & India (Hindi& English) Candidate comms should be excellent and also they know Hindi. 💼 Experience Criteria: Minimum 1 year of International Call Centre experience in Technical Support No Desk Support / No Admin Support profiles Print Support / Desktop Support background acceptable only if technical troubleshooting experience is strong On-paper relevant experience required (Minimum 1 year in Technical Support) 🛠 Technical Skills Required: Hardware & Desktop Troubleshooting Networking basics IP Address configuration BIOS Operating Systems (Windows) Basic printer troubleshooting Strong technical troubleshooting knowledge (Tech round will be conducted) 🎓 Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
