Qualifications Proficient in Leadership, Team Management, and Organizational Strategy Experience in Budget Management, Forecasting, and Financial Oversight Strong skills in Communication, Decision-Making, and Problem Solving Knowledge of Operational Processes and Compliance Standards Expertise in Project Planning, Execution, and Risk Management Ability to adapt to remote work environments and manage virtual teams effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred Previous experience in a leadership or senior management role
