Depot Operations Manager

Greenergy is a major UK fuel supplier and a leading European manufacturer of waste-based renewables. To deliver fuel to our customers, we have a 24/7 in-house haulage operation made up of over 650 drivers and a fleet of over 250 tankers. Greenergy Flexigrid operates out of over 20 depots nationwide, making over 182,000 deliveries to 3,100 customers each year. Join us as Depot Operations Manager and take the lead in delivering safe, efficient and customer-focused depot operations. You'll oversee all aspects of depot performance, from resource planning and team leadership through to compliance, budgeting and service delivery, ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, building strong teams and creating an environment where everyone can succeed. You'll be an approachable, visible leader who leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed. Experience within fuels, hazardous goods or another safety-critical industry is beneficial, but we're equally interested in operational leaders from other sectors who have a proven ability to lead people, drive performance and are eager to learn our industry.
