Dermatology Junior Product Manager (Pharmacy)

Our client, a wholesale pharmaceutical distributor is looking for a Junior Product Manager. Skills & Competencies S1 in Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economy/Management/Pharmacy/Biology/Health, Apothecary preferable. Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (dermatological product is a plus point). Experienced in Product Management especially for esthetical and dermatological product. Communication skills and leadership. English proficiency. Willing to go on business trip. Job Descriptions Develop marketing strategies using data and provide insight to identify market growth and risk. Develop brand communication materials to support the sales team and collaborate to improve promotion. Analyze competitors and customers insights and use them into brand plans and marketing strategies. Build and maintain relationships with doctors (KOLs), and support educational activities to strengthen brand credibility. Initiate and execute marketing programs, monitor and evaluate for continuous data-driven improvement. Lead collaboration with sales teams and related functions to ensure strategic alignment and achieve targets.
