The Role: Join an incredible team and at an exciting time of growth for us! Lead and manage on-time and quality execution of each season, focusing on sample management from concept to approved shipment sample for Showpo. Manage all relationships with our amazing suppliers across cost price negotiations, sourcing and product development. You will also maintain the critical path along with key stake holders to deliver monthly ranges and manage our team of dedicated garment technicians. Sound exciting?! Read on... Day to day, you will: Manage day-to-day of the Design team in accordance to the Critical Path Control the design workflow from post design sign off to shipment sample Ensure newness, commerciality & workable construction of fabrications. Ensure an overall cohesive and balanced RRP collection is presented at the buy Ensure all collections achieve target margins Ensure the improvement of fit metrics of all designers Provide quality control over design outputs and production New Fabric Sign Off and Core Fabric Sign Off Preview Fit Rail Who are you?
