Detail Lead / Prep Lead

Resolute performance Iron is a specialty steel contractor seeking a Detail Lead / Prep Lead to help supportand lead our shop operations.This is a hands-on lead position responsible for organizing and overseeing prep work for upcomingfabrication. The Detail/Prep Lead works closely with the Shop Foreman to ensure parts are completedaccurately and efficiently, staying 1–2 weeks ahead of production. This role requires someone who takesinitiative, communicates well, and keeps the team moving forward.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as a working lead for the prep/detail teamEnsure all materials and parts are organized, prepped correctly, and meet quality standardsAssign tasks and provide clear priority lists to prep team membersTrack employee hours and monitor production progressWork closely with the Shop Foreman to support scheduling and production flowEnsure fitters and welders have all required parts to complete their workStay ahead of fabrication needs by preparing materials in advanceOperate shop equipment and maintain a clean, safe work areaEnsure daily tracking in TEKLA PowerFab is current and accurateQualificationsPrior experience as a working lead in a metal fabrication environmentStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsFamiliarity with TEKLA PowerFab and the ability to maintain real-time trackingProficient in operating:ForkliftGeka IronworkerStud gunPiranha IronworkerShearWelding machineAbility to read shop drawings and follow fabrication standardsExperience operating CNC plasma tables and press brakes is preferredAdditional InformationOffice and shop location is in Phoenix, AZFull time position, Monday - ThursdayOvertime may be required depending on production needsWork enforcement requires the ability to sit, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, and lift up to 50lbs.EOE.
