As a DevOps Engineer reporting to Senior Director, you'll play a critical role in keeping Nasdaq's Trading Technology infrastructure running, evolving, and performing at its best — so that every engineer on the team can build with confidence. You'll thrive in this role if you're methodical, dependable, and motivated by ownership — someone who sees a problem through from investigation to resolution and takes pride in reliable outcomes. You'll join a collaborative team based primarily in Vilnius, working closely with colleagues across Bangalore and Sydney. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated build, deployment, and operational processes that improve the speed and reliability of software delivery. Manage and evolve cloud and container-based infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, secure, and consistently maintained. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code, driving repeatability and reducing manual effort across the platform. Support and improve continuous integration and deployment pipelines, contributing to faster, safer releases across Trading Technology. Partner with development and operations teams to troubleshoot technical issues, improve observability, and drive automation across the environment. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. 2 - 4 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure automation, or platform engineering. Hands-on experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or OCI) and container-based environments such as Kubernetes. Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python or equivalent). Experience with source code management tools and continuous integration and deployment practices. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or configuration management tools such as Ansible. Experience supporting business-critical or highly available systems across multiple environments. Exposure to CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins) and database administration. The base pay range for this role is 3500-4000 EUR gross monthly. Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
