Digital Product Owner

Responsibilities Define and manage the joint digital product roadmap, balancing product offerings with the bank’s digital strategy, customer acquisition targets and release cycles Collaborate with bank and our digital delivery teams to build platform integrations and design low-friction purchase flow Establish shared metrics and leverage bank customer insights and funnel analytics to lift conversion across bank-led acquisition channels Co-ordinate across multi-disciplinary teams and the bank partner to groom and priorities digital initiatives based on commercial value, conversion impact and technical feasibility Manage expectations and business urgency, articulate hurdles with workarounds, and communicate progress transparently across business units Focal point of product owner and project manager across the region by p itching business cases, securing resources and budgets, and aligning key metrics and KPIs Support team goals by taking on related duties and projects as business needs require Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Minimum 7 years of experience within financial services, fintech or insurance Proven record in driving digital growth through partnership is a definite advantage Strong digital & business acumen, stakeholder management and articulation skills Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese Preferable with prior experience in using Gen AI tools
