1. Supervision and development of IT/OT infrastructure • IT/OT network management: troubleshooting, address management, VLAN management, cybersecurity, remote access • IT/OT server management: installing updates, monitoring activity, access management, diagnostics, software installation 2. MES system support • performance monitoring, troubleshooting, database maintenance • testing system operation after updates 3. Supervision of the production data reporting system • SQL database management: access, troubleshooting, optimization, preparation of data for business areas, preparation of report definitions based on business needs 4. IT skills and main technologies CISCO CLI Virtualization platform NUTANIX MS Azure (Intune, Entra) MS Active Directory Security technologies – Nozomi, Qualys, Cisco Zero Trust Camera system Bosch Support of the local SW solutions (Tenzona, Wega, …) Education in the Field Information Technology Personal Requirements and Skills We expect you to have: Experience with IT/OT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and troubleshooting Good knowledge of networking, including Cisco, VLANs, IP addressing, and remote access Experience with server administration and virtualization; Nutanix is an advantage Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Entra Knowledge of IT/OT cybersecurity; experience with Nozomi, Qualys, or Cisco Zero Trust is an advantage Experience supporting MES systems and working with SQL databases Ability to analyze technical issues and solve problems in a structured and systematic way Ability to understand technical documentation and production-related processes Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop your technical skills English language skills sufficient for technical documentation and communication Language Skills English – Upper-Intermediate (B2) Other Skills Microsoft Excel – Advanced Microsoft Word – Advanced Microsoft Windows – Advanced Microsoft Office VBA – Advanced Microsoft T-SQL – Advanced ERP – Infor M3 – Advanced 2 years of work experience.
