What You’ll Bring: · 10+ years of highly relevant work experience such as multi-asset strategy, private markets research, investment strategy, asset allocation, investment consulting, or portfolio construction; direct portfolio management experience is not required and is not the primary qualification for success in this role. · Proven experience in asset allocation, portfolio construction, and investment strategy, with meaningful knowledge of private markets and alternative investments. · Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Comfort presenting to large audiences and engaging with a range of investor sophistication is a must. Experience working with institutional investors or engaging with institutional audiences is a plus. · Strong understanding of private market asset classes and their role in diversified portfolios. · Knowledge of macroeconomics, markets, and investment strategy. · Understanding of portfolio implementation considerations, including sizing, liquidity, time horizon, and risk. · Experience adapting guidance to non-U.S. investors, vehicles, and regulatory/operational constraints. · Travel for priority firm and client engagements, potentially internationally; up to two weeks per month. · Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and influence at all levels; enthusiasm for relationship-building; demonstrated success with investment clients. · Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution; ability to manage multiple workflows. · Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-expectation environments. · Comfortable with data tools (Bloomberg, Excel; specialized software such as Macrobond/Haver/Factset/Prequin/Pitchbook a plus). · Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s, CFA, CAIA, or other advanced credentials a plus.
