Responsibilities 工作职责 1.Leading and developing a team of ~10 specialists. 领导并组建一支约 10 人的专业团队 2.Full accountability for all outbound logistics services in China with focus on HSE, Quality, Time and Cost 全面负责中国境内的所有出货物流服务，重点在于健康、安全与环境（HSE）、质量、时间以及成本方面 3.Developing and driving cost out ideas 制定并推行降低成本的策略和措施 4.Design and optimize the domestic trucking and port handling network across key China regions (e.g., South China, North China, etc.). 设计并优化中国主要地区（如华南、华北等）的国内货运和港口装卸网络 5.Select, onboard, and manage trucking providers (local, regional, and national fleets). 选择、安排并管理货运服务提供商（包括本地、区域和全国范围内的车队） 6.Develop and benchmark port strategies 制定并评估港口策略 7.Conduct lessons learned and implement corrective actions with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers 总结经验教训，并与内部利益相关者及外部物流供应商共同实施纠正措施 8.Maintain competitive benchmarking of trucking costs and service performance. 保持对运输成本和服务表现的竞争力基准评估 9.Oversee the design, manufacturing, and certification of tooling with Chinese suppliers 监督与中国供应商合作的模具设计、制造及认证工作 10.Guarantee proper homologation and preventive maintenance of equipment 确保设备获得适当的认证并进行预防性维护 11.Define, plan, and coordinate with Global Tooling the availability transport equipment. 全球制造部门共同确定、规划并协调运输设备的可用性 12.Coordinate reverse logistics for efficient recovery and redistribution of equipment 协调逆向物流，以实现设备的高效回收和再分配 Qualification： 任职资格 1.University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar 工程学、物流学、供应链管理或相关领域的大学学位 2.Strong personality, used to work in international, virtual teams. 性格坚毅，曾从事跨国虚拟团队的工作 3.At least 10 years work expierence, with minimum 5 year leadership in a similar management position. 至少有 10 年的工作经验，其中至少有 5 年在类似管理岗位上的领导经验 4.Strengthening Logistics organization in China 加强中国的物流组织体系
