Director of Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Head of Compliance, Hong Kong to lead the local Compliance function and provide regulatory, compliance and financial crime oversight across the business. The role will work closely with senior management, regulators and regional stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, oversee compliance monitoring activities, and help foster a strong culture of integrity and risk management. Prior experience in a regulated financial, corporate or fiduciary services environment and strong knowledge of Hong Kong regulatory requirements is essential. English is required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin would be advantageous.
