We're also open to strong lead generation leaders from other industries, such as HVAC, roofing, windows, insurance, home security, financial services, or other in-home or appointment-based sales models. You'll need to understand how a lead becomes an appointment, how an appointment becomes a sale, and how cost per lead, cost per appointment, and cost per sale fit together. You will own our marketing engine from strategy through execution and report directly to ownership. What You'll DoBuild, manage, and grow lead generation across all channels, including paid search, paid social, TV, radio, direct mail, events, home shows, retail partnerships, canvassing, and third-party lead sourcesOwn the marketing budget and hold every channel accountable for cost per lead, set rate, issue rate, and cost per saleWork closely with the call center and sales teams to improve lead quality, speed to lead, and close ratesManage agencies, vendors, and internal marketing staffTrack performance daily and make fast, data-driven decisionsDevelop offers, promotions, and messaging that drive response in a competitive marketFind and test new lead sources while scaling what worksSupport expansion into new markets as we growWhat We're Looking For5+ years of marketing leadership with a direct focus on lead generation (required)A proven record of growing lead volume while lowering acquisition costs, with results you can quantifyExperience in home improvement, especially 1-day or 2-day bath remodeling (strongly preferred, not required)Background in high-volume, direct-to-consumer, or in-home sales environmentsStrong command of paid search, paid social, and offline channels, plus the analytics behind themHands-on experience with CRMs and marketing platforms such as [Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadPerfection, Google Ads, Meta Ads]Comfortable managing a significant budget and owning the resultsA leader who rolls up their sleeves, moves fast, and thrives under pressureThe Right PersonWe are looking for a rare kind of marketer: someone who is as comfortable in a spreadsheet as in a strategy meeting, who treats the company's money like their own, and who takes it personally when lead flow slows down.Whether you've spent your career in home improvement or built lead engines in another industry, what matters most is that you know how to generate quality leads at scale.
