Who can apply? Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025 A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences Competencies & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Strong ownership, teamwork, and customer focus. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management. Experience working in high-availability enterprise environments. Automation mindset with continuous improvement focus. Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents. Strong understanding of Microsoft enterprise technologies. Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Active Directory & Group Policy Exchange Online / Hybrid Exchange Microsoft 365 Azure Administration Azure AI Services. Copilot Technologies Microsoft Power Platform. Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management PowerShell, Python & Microsoft Graph.
