Mission Provides services for reception, safety and maintenance of the site where he/she works. Main Responsibilities Provides physical and/or phone r eception services for in-house and outside visitors and orients them to the appropriate contact people/services. Handles the transmission of messages to the people involved. Is the ambassador for the company’s image. Guarantees the general safety of people and property on the premises. Controls the access of third parties to the premises. Carries out general surveillance operations (rounds, etc.) to control access. Informs the hierarchy in the event of malfunctions. Handles the cleaning and standard and in-depth upkeep of the spaces, furniture and equipment of their location in observance of the rules and safety guidelines.
