Work you’ll do As the FICO Specialist you will lead and oversee all software development and enhancement projects, and support for SAP S/4 TAX process thread. You will guide the direction, operation, and maintenance for SAP S/4 & Thomson Reuters Onesource Indirect Tax Determination (TAX) Global support, including but not limited to SAP S/4 Tax configuration, Thomson Reuters SAP to Onesource interface (GlobalNext) configuration, Onesource indirect tax configuration, and Analysis for Office and Onesource reporting. Key Responsibilities: Execute complex build activities, integrate designs across multiple technologies and projects. Design and manage a complex system testing environment. Confirm supportability of implementation plans. Assist clients with configuration design decisions, participate in client meetings on subject matter expertise as appropriate. Monitor compliance to standardized procedures and best practices and create new policies and processes as needed. Oversee complex decisions and make recommendations to customers/clients. Provide leadership with regular status updates and potential issues. Go-to person for any issues or items around indirect tax. Lead deployment discussions and activities. Work with offshore Technical Delivery Manager(s) to optimize the development resource model. Manage daily progress and status of deliverables on projects. Manage both internal teams and offshore vendor teams’ project delivery, plans, and ensure proper staffing. Responsible for defining and directing tasks of Specialists and development teams. Ensure that all project resources are focused on the effort they are aligned to. Promote effective teamwork and spirit of partnership. Required: At least 3 years of experience in SAP FICO, implementation, rollout, and support projects Must have experience in S4 HANA environment Expertise in New GL, AP, AR, Cost Center, and Profit Center accounting Should have hands on experience in conceptualization, design, and configuration in all the areas mentioned above In-depth knowledge in FI-SD integration Must have exposure to scheduling and monitoring batch jobs Must have experience in preparing functional specifications Must have experience in production support Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have experience in client facing role Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, implementation, rollout, and support projects Exposure to resource related billing process Experience in Project Systems Experience In handling custom programs/ reports, providing requirements to developers Due to volume of applications, we regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
