E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST At Diesel Headquarters, located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist who will be placed within the Global E-Commerce Department. Main activities: • Support inventory management and coordinate with Digital Merchandising to ensure product availability, with a focus on best sellers and weekly coverage. • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time shipment and delivery. • Coordinate with Logistics to manage shipping and delivery. • Monitor order tracking and resolve shipping, delivery, and return issues. • Partner with Customer Service to resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues promptly. • Build and review online reporting in Power BI, critically analyzing all reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. • Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and availability on the website and other sales channels. • Support the management of the end-of-season sale process, ensuring price updates, stock availability, and promotional setup are accurate. • Support the implementation of operational processes and workflows that improve efficiency and productivity. • Work with the IT team to identify and resolve operational issues in e-commerce systems and tools. • Produce operational reports and analyze data to generate insights for process improvement. • Monitor competitors by browsing online platforms across different countries and using dedicated benchmarking tools. • Management of the internal e-commerce order process (invoice recording), managing accruals, and cost forecasting, and share the results with the Finance team. Requirements: • Degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field; • Previous experience in operations and logistics, customer service and preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and orders; • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems (Salesforce knowledge will be considered a plus); • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset; • Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination is a plus; • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Location: Breganze (VI) Compensation & Level: • Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of an open-end contract • CCNL Textile Industry, Level 4° • Salary range (gross annual): €25.000 - €27.000 The final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
