Over 6 months, starting on 1 March 2027 , you’ll gain hands-on experience and insights into the financial industry while building lasting connections in a globally recognized investment firm. What would your role be? As part of the internship, you will: Help build and improve AI agents and automation prototypes using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry, with guidance from the AI Platform team. Support the preparation and connection of approved knowledge sources so AI agents can retrieve relevant information securely. Test prompts and agent responses against example scenarios, document findings, and help improve answer quality and reliability. Contribute to reusable agent templates, technical documentation, and how-to guides that help colleagues build on the AI platform. Support platform monitoring and troubleshooting, helping the team investigate issues and follow security and responsible AI standards. Collaborate with technical and business colleagues to understand their needs and explore practical AI solutions to everyday challenges. Develop your AI and cloud technology skills through hands-on work, team guidance, workshops, and networking opportunities. What are we looking for? What you need to apply You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or graduated within the last two years, in finance, technology or a related field. You have a genuine interest in the financial sector. You are fluent in English, written and spoken. German, French or Italian is a plus.
