As our Education Manager , you will sit at the center of our professional strategy, positioning Colgate as an indispensable, science-first oral health partner for dental students and practicing clinicians across the UK and Ireland. In this dynamic, high-visibility role, you will nurture relationships from a student’s very first day at university through their professional career—fostering trust, brand advocacy, and active recommendation of Colgate’s Professional oral care portfolio. Why You’ll Love This Role High-Impact Engagement: Deliver engaging, science-led education directly to 44 dental schools across the UK and Ireland. Creative Freedom & Ownership: Develop dynamic educational content, manage live workshops, and run modern digital engagement strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal Scientific Affairs, Marketing, and Leadership teams to turn front-line insights into real-world business strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Stakeholder Partnerships & Education Delivery Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key faculty, university leaders, and student bodies across 44 dental schools in the UK and Ireland. Act as the authentic "Voice of the Student," engaging regularly with key stakeholders to tailor educational strategies and content. Plan and deliver interactive educational presentations, scientific product sessions, and hands-on workshops tailored to professional needs. Host networking events and community oral health initiatives that cultivate early brand advocacy. 2. Content Strategy, Digital & Communications Collaborate cross-functionally to build best-in-class educational content for live events and the Colgate Professional Education Hub. Manage internal and external communications, including crafting social media content and working with external agencies to design promotional materials. Leverage educational programs to drive first-party data (1PD) acquisition through our Learning Management System (LMS) and internal digital ecosystem. 3. Insights, Budgeting & Governance Provide systematic market insights, feedback on student needs, and competitor intelligence to Scientific Affairs and Marketing teams. Manage the Advertising & Promotional (A&P) budget, conducting monthly spend reviews and evaluating the ROI of events. Maintain strict adherence to compliance, pharmacovigilance standards, and safety/quality reporting protocols.
