Electrical / Electronic Engineer (Ops & Support)

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and resourceful Electrical/Electronics Engineer to join our team. You will be part of a dynamic team supporting the systems management of a fleet of defence systems and their associated equipment and facilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply and expand your engineering expertise. Job Responsibilities Conduct feasibility studies and provide engineering solutions to meet operational demands. Lead the collaboration with internal teams, OEMs and defence partners to develop local capabilities. Generate engineering report, design documents, mechanical drawings, and other technical documentation as required. Provide engineering support in the implementation of systems integration and conduct failure mode analysis to enhance the operational performance of defence systems. Support System Managers in secondary and administrative tasks. Job Requirements Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Minumum 2 years relevant working experience in the area of Operations and Support. Proficient in report writing and good presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with SAF logistics orders doctrine and operational logistics planning is highly advantageous. Experience with systems engineering methodologies, such as root cause analysis (RCA) or integrated logistics support (ILS) is an advantage. Able to interact well with internal teams and customers. Excellent analytical abilities with a resourceful and meticulous approach. A team player who can multi-task and work independently. Singaporeans only .
