EMB_JTC_ Project Safety Manager (PSM)

Lead Functional Safety processes across assigned projects and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ECE R13H). Drive alignment of customer requirements with Functional Safety solutions and leverage synergies across projects. Support analysis such as FMEA, FTA, and FMEDA Identify and evaluate safety risks and drive mitigation actions with cross‑functional teams. Coordinate internal and external assessments and audit Serve as the main customer contact for Functional Safety topics, providing guidance and timely communication. Provide safety status reports, release recommendations, and escalate issues when necessary. Act as a Functional Safety coach, promoting awareness and best practices within the project team. Project Management and Systems Engineering. Knowledge of Functional Safety standards(e.g., GB21670, ECER13H) and vehicle control systems (e.g., ABS, TCS, AYC). Experience in safety analysis methods and risk assessment. Excellent communication, moderation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
