Job Description: 職種名 アプリケーションエンジニア 電力マーケット事業部／ケーブルアクセサリー製品担当 ポジション概要 電力インフラを支えるケーブルアクセサリー製品のアプリケーションエンジニアとして、製品改良、新用途開発、技術サポート、顧客導入支援を担当いただきます。 ケーブルアクセサリーは、電力ケーブルの接続や端末処理に使用される、安定した電力供給に欠かせない製品です。 本ポジションでは、顧客や市場の声を起点に、3Mの多様な技術を活かしながら、製品の進化と新たな価値創出に取り組みます。 主な業務内容 顧客・ビジネスチームの要望に基づく製品改良、新用途開発 競合製品の分析および自社製品の強み・改善点の把握 顧客課題や市場ニーズを踏まえた技術提案 ビジネスチームへの技術サポート 顧客立ち会い試験や製品試験を通じた製品導入支援 顧客・社内メンバー向けの製品トレーニングおよび技術情報発信 eツール開発（Web, 動画等)と、その活用することにより、効率的な製品紹介、トレーニングを実施 必須条件 4年制大学卒業以上 技術系、特に電気工学もしくは機械工学専攻 歓迎条件 電気工事士または電気主任技術者の資格 電力会社、電気工事会社、ケーブルメーカーなどでの勤務経験 英語力、または英語を使った業務に前向きに取り組める方 求める人物像 技術を通じて社会に貢献したい方 論理的に考え、主体的に課題解決に取り組める方 顧客や現場の声に関心を持てる方 新しい技術や知識を学び続ける意欲のある方 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できる方 この仕事の魅力 電力という生活インフラを支え、社会に貢献できる 再生可能エネルギーやデータセンターなど、成長分野に関われる 顧客や市場の声をもとに、製品改良や新用途開発に携われる 3Mの多様な技術や知見を活かし、課題解決に挑戦できる 国内生産拠点や海外メンバーと連携し、グローバルな環境で働ける Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
