Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: Lead and supervise the day-to-day housekeeping operations to ensure all cleaning and maintenance standards are consistently met with attention to detail Oversee room inspections, quality control checks, and inventory management to maintain exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction Schedule and coordinate housekeeping staff assignments while monitoring productivity and adherence to departmental procedures Handle guest concerns related to room conditions and cleanliness, responding promptly and implementing corrective actions to guarantee memorable experiences Ensure housekeeping team members are informed daily about priorities, special requests, and personalized service requirements to deliver excellence Your experience and skills include: Proven track record in a housekeeping or hospitality leadership role Service-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and operational excellence Strong supervisory and team management capabilities with the ability to lead by example Proficiency with property management systems such as Opera or similar platforms Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and uphold high cleaning and maintenance standards Knowledge of housekeeping best practices, safety protocols, and inventory management Ability to train, motivate, and develop housekeeping team members effectively Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
