Engineer - Final Product Quality

In compliance to ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2023 Your role in our team: To perform pre-delivery quality inspections of machines and subassemblies, perform and validate acceptance tests on time and within commit dates. To determine if the final product meets the requirements for Customer acceptance. To prepare and submit machine quality documentation accurately and complete for acceptance tests and approvals. To work closely with production team to resolve the defects and to perform a root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrences. To maintain and monitor Quality KPI for Final Product Quality for performance of the machine assembly build. To interact with internal and external parties during the acceptance test. Maintain all controlled document files and inspection reports in a timely and accurate manner. Participate in continuous improvement and Quality Assurance activities. Keep up to date with all ISO requirements so that the latest changes can be updated in Final Product process. To be knowledgeable in all supporting processes such as Engineering, IQA, NPI and Planning to better understand and support the quality objectives and customer satisfaction. Your profile: Degree in mechanical / mechatronic / electrical & electronic with excellent results 1-2 years related working experience in complex machinery assembly environment, ideally with Quality background (Fresh Graduates can be considered) Attention to detail and accuracy and have strong drive for corrective actions when things are not right. Able to interpret / understand technical drawings Able to work independently and have a growth mindset for continuous learning Basic knowledge in using Quality measuring equipment Computer literate MS-Windows, SAP would be an advantage Good communication skills, especially good command in English Proactive and a great team player Recruitment Team For questions please contact us via jobs@koerber.com.
