Requisition ID: 30438 Job Country: [[country]] Job City: [[filter3]] DAR Engineering, a leading design & engineering consulting organization in Saudi Arabia engaged in Power Generation, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, Health Care & High Rise Buildings Job Purpose Oversee and manage costs associated with projects to ensure they stay within the allocated budget and financial guidelines Functional Responsibilities Project Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Create project cost structures/breakdowns (tender budget) on SAP to ensure the implementation of cost control procedures. Analyze project requirements and prepare the detailed estimate to complete. Reconciliate/analyze project budget revisions closely with the finance department, increasingly in a consultancy role for verification of estimates (actual cost, plan POC, actual POC, etc.). Cost Monitoring & Control: Monitor & track project costs to ensure they align with the budget. Identify and report potential cost overruns in a timely manner and use forecasting tools to anticipate future expenditures. Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize project profitability. Forecasting & Financial Reporting: Create & maintain updated detailed project cashflows and forecast reports based on trend analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Analyze project cost reports & establish reporting frequency on project-to-project stakeholders based on the criticality of deliverables on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Dashboards & Reporting: Coordinate with other departments for the accuracy/development of dashboard reports.
