Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use. Key Responsibilities • Co-work with Engineer on incoming material status follow up, sample management on daily progress work. • Work with ENG team on all kinds of technical documentations mgmt.. for SCS receiving team • Co-work with Engineer, Supply chain and IT for BOM setup and update with the list definition and input in system. • Work for both capital and Expense purchase process with Engineer and supply chain. • Work on project Appropriations Request Draft and approval process together with Engineer and Finance. • Co-work with ENG team on IAP, HR and Safety policy deployment in ENG team. • Make the organization for Engineering activities and needs, such like Engineering training, technical review and Engineering sharing. Education & Experience - College diploma or above with business administration, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or other field. - > 2 years Documentation and System work with fully understanding and practice on cross functional in Manufacturing Factory. Required Skills. Competencies, or Certification Required by Legal or QEHS: - Understand the major process, equipment, environmental, health, and safety risks associated with assigned products and manufacturing processes. - Follow all company EHS rules, policies, procedures, SOPs, and other requirements, and immediately escalate significant process, product, equipment, or safety risks.
