Engineering Change Manager (all genders)

As the Engineering Change Manager, you will act as the central hub between R&D, Operations and Service. Your main responsibility is to govern, coordinate, and optimize the end-to-end product change process. You will critically evaluate technical proposals from R&D, ensure strict process compliance, maintain flawless data quality, and drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking. Manage and Monitor the Company Wide Engineering Change Process based on KPIs Consolidate and prepare technical agendas and documentation for Technical Change Boards. Ensure formal compliance with the internal Engineering Change Management process across all involved departments. Evaluate incoming Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) regarding their technical feasibility, necessity, and impact on manufacturing and supply chain. Assess risks and cross-functional impacts of proposed changes on existing inventory, tooling, and production processes.
