Engineering Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Main Duties Manages the efficient operations of all plant facilities. Plan for acquisition and installation of future plant facilities in Response to plant’s capability. Plan the production, distribution, and usage of utilities based on the bottling and brewing schedules. Review Engineering schedules and operation to establish a balance among Brewing, Packaging and Engineering operations. Control various stages of Engineering operations to conform to budget, quality as well as *** - power performance standards. Ensure that all products, processes and services conform to standards or specifications. Advise to Managers, Plant Operations and GM on critical operational and maintenance concerns. Manage the maintenance and repairs of Power Centers, Substation, Electrical Systems, and various Electronic Equipment Provide technical advice on unusual technical production and maintenance problems. Review laboratory analytical results (for Boiler, CO2, Flue Gas, Cooling Tower) and initiate corrective measures when necessary Decide on operational and capital budget concerns of the department. Coordinate with Production on the repair and maintenance budget preparation for their areas and equipment. Manage and direct activities of Plant Maintenance Engineering in establishing and implementing an effective Program for the efficient operations of all Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation equipment in the Brewery. Manage the activities of structural and Safety Engineering comprising of compound maintenance, sanitary drainage and sewage system, building maintenance, other related Civil jobs and Safety practices as prescribed in the Safety Code. Manage the maintenance and repairs of Power Centers, Substation, Electrical Systems, and various Electronic Equipment. Establish budget standards of materials and evaluates actual performance with standards. Review safety and housekeeping procedures and practices. Provides directions when needed. Main Requirements: College or above, must be a licensed professional mechanical/electrical Engineer. Must have a well-rounded knowledge on all areas of brewery operation. Must have at least eight years experience in engineering operation and maintenance of brewery. Good interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
