Engineering Technician (GCS, Philippines: Cebu)

Opportunity Overview Support failure analysis activities for field return products from intake through closure, including case tracking and documentation. Perform electrical, functional, board-level, and system-level troubleshooting to identify and isolate failures. Assist engineers in conducting testing, data collection, and validation activities during failure investigations. Document troubleshooting results, observations, and test findings in standard reports and databases. Support repair, rework, and verification activities in accordance with established procedures and work instructions. Maintain test equipment, laboratory tools, and work areas to ensure operational readiness. All About You Associate degree, Technical Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. Basic knowledge of electronics troubleshooting and test equipment operation. Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and commitment to meeting project timelines. Able to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams. Capable of following established procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines. Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities Good written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting findings.
