We provide full training, mentorship, and growth opportunities, creating an environment where motivated individuals can achieve long-term success and advance into leadership roles.What You’ll DoThis position is designed for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, and want to develop meaningful professional skills.Your daily responsibilities will include:Managing inbound and outbound calls to union members who have requested benefit informationScheduling and conducting virtual appointments using platforms such as ZoomDelivering informative and engaging presentations to help families understand their coverage optionsUtilizing basic computer programs to maintain client records and submit applicationsCompleting the necessary paperwork and quality control checks to ensure accuracy and complianceParticipating in leadership and professional development training to build management and mentorship skillsCollaborating with team members and leaders to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goalsYou’ll be supported every step of the way by experienced mentors and managers who are invested in your personal and professional growth.QualificationsWe’re looking for individuals who are:Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and listening skillsEnergetic, positive, and enthusiastic about helping othersAble to build trust and rapport with clients quickly and professionallyDetail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through habitsComfortable working independently in a remote environmentTeam-oriented and motivated by growth and leadership opportunitiesExperienced in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)Legally authorized to work in the United States or CanadaWhat We OfferWe believe that when our team members succeed, our clients succeed.
