Your daily responsibilities will include:Managing inbound and outbound calls to connect with membersScheduling and leading virtual presentations to review benefitsExplaining coverage options and guiding families through their choicesProcessing paperwork accurately and efficientlyMaintaining quality standards to ensure client satisfactionDeveloping leadership skills and preparing for advanced career opportunitiesQualificationsWe’re looking for individuals who are motivated to grow and bring strong interpersonal skills to the table.
