Error Management Specialist with German

What you bring along: You have a degree in the fields of Engineering, Economics or Technical.︅︌︇︋︎︅️️ ︂︆︄︅ ︁︁︎︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎ Experience in Customer support field (or similar) and problem management systems for minimum 2 years. Good communication and assertive attitude. Good understanding of concepts like processes and product life cycle. Automotive knowledge is an important plus. Technical know-how not really necessary, but does no harm. Advanced German and English language knowledge are required. What to expect: Fault management for mobile online service development. Lifecycle management of vehicle projects for all defects (prioritization, clarification, forwarding, etc.). Maintenance of the defect database. Participation in customer meetings (status reports, identification of "showstoppers"). Management of international distributed teams (tickets and reports verification).
