Our Facilities Management team plays a vital role in keeping Lidl’s estate running smoothly, ensuring our stores, warehouses and offices are safe, efficient and fit for the future. As part of our Real Estate department, you’ll help manage the spaces that support millions of customers every week. Building your expertise from the ground up, the Graduate programme allows you to rotate through key areas of our Real Estate operations, gaining hands-on experience in managing large projects, sustainability initiatives and compliance procedures. Learning how to keep our sites operational, cost-effective and support Lidl’s ambitious growth plans. Over the course of the 23-month programme you’ll develop the technical knowledge and skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment. From project planning to contractor management, you’ll grow into a Real Estates and Project Management specialist. What you'll do Develop expertise and management capabilities Spend time in our Supply Chain, Logistics, Real Estate, and other Head Office teams, giving you great all-round knowledge Learn how a rapidly growing retail business operates from the ground up Take on real project responsibility and make a tangible difference to our business Gain exposure to a national Head Office Retail team and learn the market inside-out Understand how a successful Head Office Retail team operates and what skills you need to thrive What you'll need Achieved or 2:2 or higher in a Bachelor's Degree Are eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis and able to provide proof when required Able to commute/relocate within a reasonable commute to our Head Office in Tolworth, South West London A degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or other relevant discipline is preferred but not essential An enthusiastic self-starter with passion, resilience, and adaptability Ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business A passion for playing your part in a team and ability to work independently Self-motivation and determination to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment Possession of a full UK driving licence by 1st February 2027 What you'll receive 10% in-store discount Pro-rata holiday allowance Enhanced professional development and mentoring A unique opportunity to influence national operational initiatives and business-critical projects Exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the business Plus, more of the perks you deserve *plus an additional 10% non-contractual London Weighting allowance.
