We specialize in landscape construction, sports field development, and playground installation, working with municipalities, schools, and commercial clients as a full-service general contractor.We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Landscape / Construction Estimator to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in winning new work—helping identify opportunities, build accurate estimates, and support the company’s continued growth and strong project pipeline.What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you’ll be at the center of our pre-construction and bidding process—turning plans into accurate, competitive estimates that help us win and deliver high-quality projects.You’ll be responsible for:Identifying and pursuing bidding opportunities to support company growthReviewing plans, drawings, and specifications to develop detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimatesPreparing clear and organized project cost breakdowns and presenting them to internal teams and clientsExplaining estimates, assumptions, and scope details to clients and answering pricing-related questionsCollaborating closely with internal teams, landscape architects, clients, general contractors, and subcontractors to refine scopes and pricingTracking actual project costs against estimates to evaluate performance and improve future accuracyHelping improve estimating processes by incorporating historical data and lessons learnedSupporting additional related tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who understands construction from both the field and estimating side, and who can confidently build accurate, competitive bids.3+ years of estimating experience in landscape construction, site work, or general constructionBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred)Strong proficiency with CAD and other construction/design softwareExperience using Bluebeam and RSMeans (or similar estimating tools)Solid understanding of:Landscape construction and site workAsphalt pavingConcrete and masonryFencingGeneral construction methods and basic engineering conceptsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical documentsFamiliarity with construction codes, regulations, and compliance standardsStrong knowledge of estimating, bidding, and construction scheduling processesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferWe believe in supporting our team and rewarding performance with long-term opportunity and stability.Paid Time OffHealth InsuranceRetirement PlanPerformance-based bonusesTraining and professional development supportIndustry license pay increasesAnnual merit reviewsClear advancement opportunities and long-term growth potentialReady to Join Us?If you’re looking to take the next step in your estimating career and be part of a company with decades of proven success, we’d love to hear from you.📩 Apply today and join a team that builds some of the most impactful outdoor spaces in the region.
