About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Event Management Professional to provide administrative and operational support for customer events and visits at a leading customer experience center in Gothenburg. This role is intended to provide coverage during a temporary staffing need and will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth delivery across creative, technical, and logistical areas. The ideal candidate has practical experience in event management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer events and site visits. Provide administrative support for event operations, including scheduling, coordination, documentation, and follow-up activities. Assist with logistical planning, ensuring all event requirements are prepared and delivered effectively. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful event execution. Support creative and technical event components as required. Monitor event timelines, action items, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Identify and resolve operational challenges with minimal supervision. Maintain accurate event-related information and documentation. Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant experience in event management, event coordination, administration, or a related field. Experience supporting customer-facing events, visits, or corporate experiences. Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively with general supervision in a collaborative environment.
