The Role We're seeking a contract Producer to oversee production of i27. You'll report to our Director of Event Production and work cross-functionally with Sales/Account Management, our general contractor, and the existing production team to bring the show to life. This is a remote-first engagement with travel required for site visits and on-site production, running roughly October through May, with hours starting light and progressively ramping up in scope and intensity as the event approaches. You'll bring experience producing large-scale events, comfort with ambiguity in a still-being-defined show, and the organizational rigor to own multiple overlapping production timelines at once. Partner with the Sales and Account Management teams to support the production side of sponsor deliverables, translating sponsor commitments into buildable scopes, timelines, and on-site activations.
