Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events and promotional activities. Responsibilities Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating company events. Support event logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination. Prepare event materials and ensure venues are organized and ready. Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event execution. Monitor event timelines and assist with on-site event operations. Maintain accurate event documentation and administrative records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Professional and customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Competitive salary ($40,000 – $44,000 annually).
