Executive Production – Galle Plant Job Responsibilities: Ensuring that the required Production inspections are carried out effectively at each stage of the production process to maintain product parameters Ensuring that the final Product meets quality standards and customer specifications Coordinating with supply chain team and giving immediate and accurate responses to all Production related issues Monitoring and following up production progress against production plan Responsible to lead, supervise and manage production team in order to achieve targeted production output and quality Candidate Profile: NDT in Mechanical/Electrical stream from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualification Having 2 years working experience with technical knowledge in a similar capacity would be an added advantage Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP) A loyal and energetic person Preference will be given to those who are from Galle or around proximity
