Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an F&B Ambassador to work alongside our F&B team. Key Accountabilities : Provide personalized hospitality and exceptional service, particularly to VIP and regular guests. Gather, track, and share guest preferences to personalize the F&B experience. Coordinate events and special requests in collaboration with event planners and the hotel’s various departments. Serve as a liaison between guests and operational teams, ensuring smooth and effective communication. Handle requests and follow up on complaints in accordance with service quality standards. Oversee F&B reservation tools and procedures to ensure the reliability of information and a seamless customer journey. Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations, particularly through projects, digital solutions, and artificial intelligence initiatives. General Requirements : At least 5 years of F&B experience Experience in a luxury hotel setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office Bilingual in English; a third language is a plus Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail and a meticulous approach Team player with strong organizational skills Excellent professional demeanor Ability to manage priorities and handle emergencies effectively .responsive { width: 100%; max-width: 550px; height: auto; }
