Key Accountabilities Deliver warm, friendly, and professional service to guests at all times, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience. Welcome, seat, and serve guests in accordance with The Peninsula service standards and outlet procedures. Follow the established sequence of service, pre-service preparations, and post-service duties accurately and consistently. Support daily restaurant operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining area. Perform cashiering and reception duties, including handling payments, reservations, and guest inquiries. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence. General Requirements Good communication skills in English are preferred; additional language skills are an advantage. Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, or customer service is preferred. Passion for delivering excellent guest service and creating memorable guest experiences. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by business needs.
