BryceTech is seeking a senior Facilities Manager/Security Specialist to provide expert-level facilities, security, infrastructure, and acquisition management support to U.S. Space Force organizations in El Segundo, CA. This position will oversee the operation, accreditation, security, sustainment, and modernization of secure mission facilities, including TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments. The successful candidate will bring extensive Government or industry experience managing secure facilities and associated acquisition activities, coordinating facility security accreditation, supporting high-availability IT infrastructure, and developing strategies for the planning, execution, and sustainment of secure mission infrastructure. Responsibilities Provide senior-level facilities, security, infrastructure, and acquisition management support for U.S. Space Force mission organizations Manage and coordinate facility space allocation, collocation procedures, facility usage agreements, work orders, relocations, and facility modernization activities Maintain accredited SCIFs and SAPFs for Government and contractor personnel in accordance with applicable security, operational, and mission requirements Lead and coordinate facility security accreditation, co-use approvals, inspections, and continuing compliance activities for TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments Provide acquisition management support related to secure facility operations, accreditation, compliance, infrastructure sustainment, and modernization Establish operational strategies aligned with organizational and acquisition strategies for secure mission infrastructure Support planning, execution, and sustainment of secure mission infrastructure, including facility space, high-availability networks and IT systems, secure communications, and associated operational capabilities Coordinate the end-to-end planning, design, construction, security compliance, accreditation, renovation, and retrofitting of TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments Ensure facility construction and modification activities comply with ICD 705 and applicable DoD, Intelligence Community, security, safety, and Government requirements Coordinate daily facility maintenance, space management, work orders, and Facilities Utilization Board (FUB) activities Lead FUB execution, including evaluation of space requirements, allocation decisions, prioritization, and coordination with affected organizations Direct office relocations, organizational moves, facility transitions, and long-term facility modernization initiatives Coordinate and maintain Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSAs) and associated facility support requirements Oversee the sustainment of high-availability operational networks and computer systems supporting secure facilities Coordinate hardware and software lifecycle requirements, system refreshes, secure communications, and infrastructure sustainment activities with appropriate IT and telecommunications organizations Identify facility, security, infrastructure, acquisition, and operational risks and develop recommendations to mitigate impacts to mission requirements Coordinate with Government organizations, contractors, facility managers, security personnel, IT organizations, installation leadership, and mission partners to resolve complex facility and infrastructure issues Lead facility inspections, security assessments, accreditation activities, corrective actions, documentation, and approval processes Review and evaluate facility and infrastructure plans, designs, requirements, acquisition documentation, and technical products for compliance and mission suitability Develop and maintain facility management plans, accreditation documentation, agreements, schedules, status reports, and executive-level decision materials Monitor facility and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and sustainment, ensuring requirements, schedules, resources, and deliverables remain aligned with mission objectives Provide senior-level briefings, recommendations, and status updates to Government leadership Coordinate multiple geographically dispersed Government, contractor, security, facilities, and technical stakeholders Manage competing priorities and respond to workflow taskers and time-sensitive mission requirements Handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with applicable security requirements Perform other duties as assigned in support of U.S. Space Force mission requirements
Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or one year of college plus more than five years of executive administrative experience Minimum 20 years of relevant Government and/or industry experience, with Department of Defense administrative or mission support experience preferred; NRO, NSA, and/or NGA affiliation acceptable Extensive experience managing secure facilities, infrastructure, and associated operational requirements in TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments Extensive experience coordinating facility space allocation, collocation procedures, facility usage agreements, work orders, relocations, and facility modernization Demonstrated experience with facility security accreditation and co-use approvals for TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments Extensive acquisition management experience related to facility operations, security accreditation, compliance, infrastructure, and sustainment within a Government, military, civil servant, federally funded research and development center, or Government support/development contractor environment At least six years of experience performing duties and assignments specifically supporting Department of Defense organizations Experience establishing operational strategies aligned with acquisition strategies and organizational mission requirements Experience planning, executing, and sustaining secure mission infrastructure, including facility space, high-availability networks and IT systems, secure communications, and associated operational capabilities Extensive experience maintaining accredited SCIFs and SAPFs for Government and contractor personnel Experience managing the end-to-end planning, design, construction, renovation, retrofitting, security compliance, and accreditation of TS/SCI SCIF and SAPF environments Experience applying ICD 705 and other applicable security and facility requirements to SCIF and SAPF construction, modification, accreditation, and sustainment activities Experience coordinating daily facility maintenance, space allocation, and Facilities Utilization Board (FUB) execution Experience directing office relocations, organizational moves, facility transitions, and long-term facility modernization programs Experience sustaining high-availability operational networks and computer systems and coordinating associated hardware, software, lifecycle, and secure communications requirements Experience securing and maintaining critical facility security accreditations, including coordinating inspections, documentation, corrective actions, and approvals Experience initiating, negotiating, coordinating, and maintaining Host Tenant Support Agreements (HTSAs) Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and coordinate multiple Government, contractor, security, facilities, IT, and mission stakeholders Demonstrated ability to analyze complex facility and infrastructure requirements and develop practical recommendations for senior Government leadership Strong knowledge of DoD organizational processes, facility management practices, security requirements, and acquisition management principles Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level briefings, reports, recommendations, and decision materials PMP certification preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other Government-approved information management and collaboration tools Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and execute complex assignments with minimal supervision Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated, classified environment supporting U.S. Space Force mission requirements
