Family Services Specialist III - H14CThis position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.Annual Salary: $44,272.80 + Full State Employee BenefitsTravel is occasional. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance. Work hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Minimum Qualifications:Preferred (not required) Education and Experience consist of:a master’s degree; or a bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in professional social work; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of experience in professional social work for each year of the bachelor’s degree; or three (3) years of experience as a Family Services Specialist.Job Responsibilities-In-person incumbents perform at the specialist level, where employees are designated as the lead workers or backup supervisors to lower level employees, or are responsible for carrying a complex and difficult case load. Responsibilities include assigning caseloads, providing training in caseload principles and practices, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations as well as agency policy and procedures. Some incumbents may be embedded with community partners in order to remove barriers to access.
