THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY.This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.Family Services Specialist IV - H14DAnnual Salary:  $49,806.90 + Full State Employee BenefitsTravel is Occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.This is a telework position and will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Minimum Qualifications:Education and Experience requirements consist of:a master’s degree and one (1) year of qualifying experience.or a bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in professional social work.or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of experience in professional social work for each year of the bachelor’s degree.or four (4) years of experience as a Family Services Specialist.Preference may be given to candidate who is bilingual.Other: Previous AFS and call center experience.Job ResponsibilitiesThis position is responsible for AFS program integrity, including training, consultation, data analysis and monitoring. Supervises and effectively manages and guides group efforts, defines expectations, and makes assignment according to strengths, tracks team progress, adequately anticipates roadblocks, and changes course as needed. Conducts transactional audits, attend or conduct Huddles, and other team meetings/conferences. This position participates in community activities for resource development, client service delivery, community response and outreach to meet client needs as appropriate.  Assists the Field Manager in public relation issues in a positive manner and maintains active involvement in relevant community activities as needed.
