Field Manager at 7v7 Football Tournament

Hosting many tournaments all over the country this year, we specialize in premium experience for prospects and players at all levels of competition.Job Summary:The Field Manager position is responsible for facilitating a great on the field experience for participants in our 7 on 7 tournament. We are looking for someone who understands the rules of football and can communicate effectively to create a great environment for players, coaches, officials and spectators.Event Details:Event: Prep Redzone Duel in the DMVDate: Saturday-Sunday, February 28th-March 1stLocation: Gainesville High School and Patriot High SchoolAddress: 13150 University Boulevard, Gainesville, VA/10504 Kettle Run Road, Nokesville, VAWork Hours: Saturday February 28th - 6:30am-8:30pm; Sunday March 1st - 6:30am-6:00pmPay Rate: You will be paid $18/hour for this position. A $10 meal stipend will be added for up to 4 meals ($40) or meals may be provided.Responsibilities and Duties:Facilitate an exceptional on-field experience for all participating athletes.Interpret field/football rules and regulations (you will receive a copy of the rules.)Coordinate communication between referees and coaching staff to ensure a smooth and efficient game pace.Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:Football Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of football rules and regulations.  Professionalism: High level of professionalism in all interactions with staff, coaches, and athletes.  Punctuality: High level of punctuality to ensure events begin on schedule.  Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a football coach or official is highly preferred
