You will lead installers, electricians, technicians, and other field personnel while improving the systems connecting labor, materials, equipment, schedules, job sites, and customer commitments. This opportunity is designed for an early-career engineer who wants significant ownership, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to grow faster than a traditional engineering path typically allows. Strong preference for candidates with one to three years of experience in operations, construction, manufacturing, logistics, field services, or continuous improvement Demonstrated leadership through competitive athletics, coaching, military service, student organizations, internships, entrepreneurship, or team-based competitions A background in competitive athletics is preferred, especially when it demonstrates discipline, resilience, leadership, and a team-first mindset.
