POSITION SUMMARY Utility Cleaner play a key role in supporting the Food & Beverage operations within the hotel. They are responsible for cleaning, washing, and properly handling dishes, cutlery, glassware, kitchen utensils, and other Food & Beverage equipment. They operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, such as commercial dishwashing machines and washing stations, ensuring that all items are cleaned, sanitized, and readily available for service. Regardless of the position, several factors are critical to success: maintaining a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, upholding high quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance, including proper uniform and conduct. Associates are also expected to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments, contribute to the achievement of team goals, and respond appropriately to operational needs. Any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions must be promptly reported to the supervisor or manager. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
