Finance Executive (1 year contract)

Role Summary We are seeking a Temporary Finance Executive to support Finance operations during the SAP S/4HANA post-go-live stabilisation and transition to the Shared Services Centre (SSC). The role will support month-end closing, data migration, reconciliations, process documentation, reporting and knowledge transfer activities during the transition period. Job Description: Support SAP S/4HANA post-go-live finance operations and month-end closing activities. Assist in finance data migration, data validation and reconciliation activities. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution and process improvements. Prepare schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation for monthly and year-end reporting. Support audit requests, government surveys and other statutory reporting requirements. Prepare process documentation and support knowledge transfer to the Shared Services Centre. Assist with financial reporting and ad-hoc finance projects during the transition period. Provide support for Accounts Payable and other finance operational activities as required. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA. Experience in month-end closing, account reconciliations and financial reporting. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Experience supporting ERP implementation, data migration or post-go-live activities will be an advantage. Able to commit for 1 year
